Microsoft Windows 10 Event

Empowering the Creator in Us All

On Wednesday, October 26 in New York City, Microsoft staged a product launch and coming out party for the creator in all of us. The two anchors of this event were the Windows 10 Creators Update, coming in 2017, and the ever-expanding Surface family of devices, which now includes Microsoft’s first all-in-one PC, the new Surface Studio.

Ayzenberg was engaged by Microsoft to create several of the media assets that introduce the world to a new line of thinking about how to empower people of action to do great things. We crafted a CG reveal of the most powerful Surface Book ever, the i7. We also made an elegant and beautiful, live-action documercial about Microsoft Partners using the Surface Studio to transform their creative process.

Our documentary-style videography featuring real fans of Microsoft products in action appeared throughout the show. And we created the Social Media playbook for Windows for the entire event. 3D for everyone. VR for all. Ayzenberg is thrilled to have played a part.

Inking at its Best

As Microsoft unveiled its new family of Surface devices, Office also had an exciting announcement: a suite of new inking features designed to make the creative process in all its forms as engaging and intuitive as possible. To make an authentic documentary-style video about these features, we worked with the Office team on a scenario that chronicled the building of a small art gallery using inking as a primary driver.

Megan and Marshall Dostal convert leftover cooking oil from restaurants into biodiesel fuel for their business, FURTHER, which uses the byproducts to create fragrant soaps, oils and candles for the restaurants from which the oil came, creating a cycle of sustainablity. In this documercial, we learn about their small business, made possible through the powerful features of the Surface Pro 4.
