With the success of the Buzz Lightyear Laser Blast ride at the Disney theme parks, they decided to create a home version, now with all the characters, on the Nintendo Wii. We developed an ingenious way to show the carnival-type game literally dropping into a living room using CG. We shot the entire thing on a green screen and then built the world of the mini-game midway around a family that's game to play. Now that's a blast!
